For Christian leaders who wish to help people experience lasting change and spiritual growth in their lives, consider soaking in some unchanging truth in the refreshing atmosphere of our Bed and Breakfast. Bring your leadership team for a day, overnight, or two night stay and interact with host Ed Hersh, a trained and experienced counselor. The intimate environment of the BnB helps you to relax and focus some quality time on team building. Teaching can be taylored to your team's focus and mission. Generally, the training centers around transformational healing principles of examining behaviors, responding to God, peacemaking, and practicing principles of healthy relationship. You will be equipped with tools to encourage others in spiritual truth and personal growth, especially those who may be feeling depressed, anxious, addicted, overwhelmed (or burnout), or stressed because of pressure related to job, finances, health or other problems.

Your Hosts:
Ed Hersh earned his M.A. in Human Service Counseling from Regent University in 2001. He is currently completing a Doctor of Religious Studies program in Conflict Management at Trinity Seminary. Ed received the Outstanding Student Award in his program of study at Regent University. Ed has completed both basic and advanced level training in Theophostic and Elijah House healing prayer ministry. As an ordained minister (through HarvestNet Inc., Ephrata, PA) and licensed by the Church, he provides pastoral counseling services to individuals and families. His teaching and training ministry has taken him across the country and around the world. Ed and his wife Stephanie (married since 1980) are parents of four children and have been active in various community organizations and active in local church ministry in various capacities throughout their lives (currently attending Lord's House of Prayer, Lancaster, Pa).
This class is co-sponsored with a group of churches and ministries working together in Lancaster called Refuge of Healing and Hope.
Registration:
Reservation and registration is considered on a case by case basis. Call Ed Hersh to discuss your needs and preferences. The cost is based on the lodging rate for the BnB and a suggested hourly rate for instructor's time of $45. For example, threee couples (six persons) participating in the 2 night/ 8 ministry hour sample schedule above would be approximately $1,032 total cost.
Lodging facility space is limited. Blue Rock BnB has three guests quarters. Two of these can accommodate more than two persons for a total group size of 14 to 16 maximum.
